Refund policy

Returns/Exchanges:

At Peanut Customs, custom orders are made specifically to order, ensuring it’s uniquely tailored to your design specifications. Because of this advanced level of customization, we do not accept returns or exchanges on non-defective items.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund as needed.

Warranties:

  • Light Boxes:
    • Light boxes come with a free 1-year warranty. This includes defective lighting or any premature product breakdown that does not include product mistreatment. Please contact Peanut Customs at thepeanutcustoms@gmail.com for warranty concerns or if you would like to submit a warranty submission.
    • The customer will be given a return shipping label and Peanut Customs will examine the returned product. If it is determined that Peanut Customs is responsible for the product malfunction, a repair or replacement will be exchanged. If it is determined the product was neglected or mistreated by the customer, the original product will be returned to the customer. A new product will need to be bought if the customer wishes for a new product. 

Damages and issues: 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 7 days of package delivery) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Defective Product Correction
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your defective return, and let you know when a replacement will be made. If more than 10 business days have past, please notify thepeanutcustoms@gmail.com with your name, order number and situation.
